With the hot weather, that plan of attack should produce exceptional results if our line is as advertised. The bobcats should wear down quickly. I do anticipate that DH will want to spread the ball around a bit as that’s his DNA, but the core of attack ought to be on the ground.

Tell you what……I watched a 15 minute video of the bowl game for Ohio a few days ago and that team had some players. The qb and Rb were excellent. And the team played hard. They’ve lost a bunch of guys as has been spoken about by many on here. I’m glad we are not playing that team. So I expect a good team this year but I think the Huskers will play well. I have a mind to be a bit more conservative with my prediction..

Agree 100%. Their biggest guy on the dl for them is 290 lbs so if he lines up against our lightest offensive linemen, he is outweighed by at a minimum 25 lbs and that person is our man among men EVANS. So they are going to be very lucky to be healthy by games end.

West Texas Husker should be more worried for his OSU Cowboys as those Tulsa Golden Hurricane come to Stillwater on Saturday and they beat up OSU last year. I lived in Tulsa for 13 years those Hurricane pull off an upset from time to time and the best part of Stillwater was a Cold Beer and Cheese fries at Eskimo Joes :cool:
 
I really like this matchup... It's going to give us a much better idea where we're at than playing some cupcake directional school to start the year, yet it is still a team we *better* dominate.

Trust me, this will be a struggle. And who really knows what oSu is or isn't? They've got something like 93 new players. Crap shoot.
