Regarding Snow, we should ALWAYS have people evaluating our schemes and strategies to find ways to improve, especially when we’re struggling to win games. USC, UCLA, Indiana, and Wisconsin easily eclipsed 400+ yards on us… maybe things needed to be evaluated from a different vantage point.

Coach Snow is 69 almost 70 years old I'm sure he is enjoying breaking down some film and making suggestions for a good friend in Coach Rhule if TW didn't like that then he did the right thing and left town. White was ready to jump ship at the end of year one. He just didn’t get offered the position he applied for. So, while he may not have liked having someone helping him game plan, he’s always seemed to have one foot out the door. It doesn’t seem like this consultant thing was some “last straw”.
