'Lets Play Two' Ernie Banks Passes Away at 83

One of the greats and one of my all-time favorite players....and what a good person.....and I'm lucky to have two baseball cards signed by him.....the game lost a great one today....May God Bless his soul....I hope he is playing two right now in heaven.....

He will be greatly missed by those of us that love the game.....

Oh, wow! Just got home from dancing. Such sad news. Yes, Ernie had one of the best sayings in baseball: "Let's play two!"

I had no idea he was just 6 years older than I. Great player, great person.
