Tim Bogert, bassist of Vanilla Fudge, Cactus and supergroup Beck, Bogert & Appice, died at age 76 in January 2021.

I've always favored lead guitarists (David Gilmour, Eric Clapton, George Harrison, Nokie Edwards among others). However, I occasionally (lol) give a nod to talented bass players including John Entwistle, Donald Dunn, Chris Squire and, yes, Tim Bogert.

RIP, Mr. Bogert. You kept me hangin' on.
