KSU v NU, 4/28/26

I couldn’t watch as I was doing a project for my wife…. Oh joy.

But I was shadowing once again.

What a frustrating game…. Thank goodness we came out on top!

14 hits, left 12 men on base…. I thought it was going to wind up biting us in the heinie but these kids are relentless! They just keep pummeling the opponent with hits until good things happen!

KSU got six runs on eight hits and left three men on base…. Very efficient.

But it was pretty obvious the better team won!

On to Ohio State!

Win the series and move on!

That was a frustrating game, but love our fight/grit.

Would love to see Ty and Tucker get some time off, but hopefully we’re not taxing their arms too much. Ty especially seems to have pitched every game the last couple weeks.

Unger is a stud.

May be one of those rare kids that just needs less rest to recover.

And maybe why Coach moved him to the pen…..more utilization overall.

For whatever reason…..he has given our middle relief the foundation it so desperately needed.
