I know it's a highlight video and that he's not exactly playing against Big 10-level competition, but Mauga looks faster and more instinctive than any of our current LBs.

Agree. I hope that he doesn't loose that speed when he starts to gain weight in Duvall's program. It might be better to let him stay at the weight he is more effective. He could keep that speed with the right weight lifting program/conditioning.

My experience has been that when Samoans add good weight they generally do not lose speed.
