Jordy Frahm was named the winner of the Honda Award for Softball, the Collegiate Women’s Sports Awards (CWSA) announced. Frahm will become a finalist for the prestigious Collegiate Woman Athlete of the Year and the Class of 2026 Honda Cup, to be presented live on Monday, July 27, at 6 p.m. CT on CBS Sports Network.
To sum up her accomplishments, she was also named the National Fastpitch Coaches Association and USA Softball Player of the Year and was a first-team All-American for the fourth time in her career. She became the 14th player ever to be a four-time first-team All-American. Frahm was also the NFCA Rawlings Gold Glove pitcher and the Big Ten Pitcher of the Year.
Frahm captained Nebraska to its eighth overall NCAA Women’s College World Series appearance and first since 2013. She became the first player in NCAA history to record 20 wins and 20 home runs in multiple seasons and 20 wins, 20 home runs and 10 saves in the same season.

I thought I read somewhere if she gets one more honor she would tie Sarah Pavan for the most honors awarded to a player from Nebraska, or maybe it was a women's player. Not sure of the accuracy of that.
