We are a top 20 D in the country so.I haven’t watched much BB yet this year but is our defense always this bad? Purdue is shooting great but a lot of wide open looks.

No, not normally that bad.I haven’t watched much BB yet this year but is our defense always this bad? Purdue is shooting great but a lot of wide open looks.
Quit acting like losing in the road is an NU thingWhen you don't win on the road you can't call yourself a good team. And this is pathetic and so predictable. Not that I understand it but just the fact it is an away game means the Huskers lose.
We've normally played very good defenseI haven’t watched much BB yet this year but is our defense always this bad? Purdue is shooting great but a lot of wide open looks.
Our perimeter defense is terrible. On the road versus Purdue is likely the worst matchup we will play all season. They shoot the three well and we can have issues defending the three. To not show up defensively on the road is a problem, that has to be our constant. Yes, some of the shots they were making were ridiculous….still piss poor defense.
Probably the most disappointing about this game was the lack of pride. Matt Painter leaving his starters in the game that late to just continue torching us was disrespectful. Nebraska should have started to foul…HARD. Instead they just took it. I don’t get it.
I thought I heard either Kent or Jake say that Purdue averages about 8 3-pointers a game. Hitting 19 in one game will really raise that average. Two games in a row that opponents are just absolutely on fire and shooting unconscious from 3....we aren't going to win any game in which that happens..iowa and now Purdue...
