After reading this article it sounds like two of Syracuse's best defensive backs left and went elsewhere. Just curious didn't we get our defensive coordinator from Syracuse? I wonder why neither of them ended up at Nebraska? Just a deep thought in this no football month.

Maybe the coordinator didn't think they were good enough compared with what he could recruit to Nebraska.

To me it's one of the deepest position groups we have, could be one of the reasons!! Then again, I am not someone with direct knowledge either.
