Thank you note from Bri Hoffman on
Caring Bridge.

Thank you all for the many years of prayers for Jack and our family. Jack passed away on January 15th and we find great comfort knowing where his soul is at. He was able to start the medication we wanted to try and never complained, even though he could see himself losing the ability to walk, talk, swallow, etc. We are grateful for all of the milestones he was able to reach. He had a wonderful high school graduation celebration and he loved being at UNK. And he even got to wakeboard again after brain surgery.
We are heartbroken and although it's easier to focus on the things that we had hoped Jack would be able to do (graduate from college, get married, have a family), we are focusing on the things he did get to do. We have many friends that have a much longer wish list for their children that they will never get to see.
So we will continue to fight this devastating disease, honoring Jack and all of his friends who greeted him in heaven with Andy. Thank you for supporting our mission and our family.
With so much gratitude,
Bri, Ava and Reese
2 Timothy 4:7-8 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day--and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing.
