Football Friday with Sports Nightly! - The Big Ten edition
Hoosiers for Huskers welcomes you to join the Nebraska Alumni Association and the Husker Sports Network for a Big Ten edition of Football Friday with Sports Nightly! This event features a live broadcast of Sports Nightly, appearances by former Husker football players, food and drink specials, giveaways and more!

· Cost: FREE!

· When: 6-10pm

Husker Huddle: Big Ten Championship Game
As a flagship chapter of the Nebraska Alumni Association, Hoosiers for Huskers will proudly participate in a pre-game Husker Huddle before the Big Ten Conference Championship game—presented by the Nebraska Alumni Association and the Nebraska Athletic Department.
This event features an all-star lineup, with appearances by Tom Osborne, Chancellor Harvey Perlman, Kris Brown, Tommie Frazier and more! Also featuring: The Cornhusker Marching Band, the NU Spirit Squad, Herbie Husker and Lil’ Red, a live band, kids’ games, great prizes and more!

· WEAR your Hoosiers for Huskers gear!!

· Cost: $15 per person. Cash bar and food available for purchase.

· Where: Indiana Convention Center, 100 South Capitol Ave, Indianapolis

· When 4-7pm

· FREE USA Football FUNdamentals Clinics for kids ages 7-14, grades 3-8

· Will be collecting gently used sporting equipment at clinics for Geared for Health initiatve.

Info is courtesy of Hoosier Huskers. The streets of downtown are starting to take on a very Big Ten feel. The beer garden is set up and the party is ready to commence.
 



For anyone in town early enough on Saturday, Longs Bakery (16th Street just West of Speedway) has THE BEST yeast doughnuts in the world. When I go back to Indy I make a point of going there. The line often is out the store and down the block, but they are worth it.
