The NCAA Division I Council approved changes to the transfer portal windows that will shrink the number of days for student athletes to enter their name in the portal.

Agree. I found myself thinking that talk is cheap, although the young man is up there to answer questions so I don’t fault him for saying it.
I hope it is true. I just get that pit in my stomach from what we've heard in the past.
I refuse to take any comments like this at face value.
It might be refreshing just once to hear teams say everything is in disarray and they're going to get killed on Saturday because nothing is going right at practice. But of course you don't ever hear that, which means you can't just believe it when they say (as they always do) the opposite.
I will hope for the best but I'm not expecting positive results until the team shows it on the field and doesn't just talk about it at press conferences.
