Dillard and Cravens need waivers in order to be eligible. Brown is a walk-on for a reason. Could be another rough year; we've lost a lot of ground to other Big 10 teams in the last few recruiting classes. Would really help if we could get those waivers.

OK. What is the reason?

As to Brown, she had no D1 scholarship offers. Folks I have spoken with who follow Nebraska high school girls hoops don't believe she is an upper D1 player. No problems with her walking on, and I hope she proves them wrong. But it shouldn't be considered a high level recruit.

No information yet on waivers for Nailah Dillard or Bella Cravens eligibility to play this year. :(

Good News. Both Bella Cravens & Nailah Dillard have received waivers and are eligible to play this season (2020/21)

Also in the OWH article by Sam McKeon
Cravens is one of two Huskers to receive immediate eligibility this season. The other was former Texas Tech guard Nailah Dillard, who left a Red Raider program investigated for widespread abuse of players. The coach, Marlene Stollings, was fired in August, as a result of the investigation. Dillard should be one of Nebraska’s better defenders.
