At one time there was a discussion of Stewart getting a DC job somewhere else and DW was going to have more responsibilities. For his recruiting alone he was offered more money

I assume that Riley or Devaney or someone has ways to benchmark performance that at least make some sense to the assistants at contract time. And Parella and other's may well be in line for bumps.

That said, if we are going to make our own assessments, I would say the market value of this guy based on what he's demonstrated at AZ and before and his importance to the CA strategy is higher than Parella's is right now.
