Located on the northeast corner of 8th & "N" streets, on the west deck and inside the loading dock of the former Western Supply Company Building at 820 "N" Street.

Tailgate will be open by 12PM, food ready by 1PM. Main dish this week is pulled pork.

HuskerMax members and lurkers welcomed alike, subscription not required, no one checks your identity! No need to bring anything, but no one will argue if you do. Food and drinks (non-alcoholic and otherwise) will be in plentiful supply. Donation jar is present, financial support greatly appreciated but not strictly required.

It's okay if you don't know anyone. There are a few regulars at most games, but a lot of faces are new every week. Check the photos and video below for a sense of the vibe before you show up. It's a place that you know that you can drop in and still be around your Nebraska family, and strike up a Husker conversation with pretty much anyone there. Or if you'd rather just quietly enjoy a drink while watching one of the games on the TVs and not have to engage with anyone else, that's fine too. Come on in, make yourself at home, no one will question you about it.

There are always multiple tailgates going on in this lot, with footballs to toss around, cornhole games, and other fun things. There are a couple of TVs inside the dock, showing other games being played. Chairs available both on the deck as well as inside under cover. The tailgate will remain open through the duration of the game, if you don’t have tickets but still want to hang out.

So far this year we have had Terrell Farley and Riley Silva drop in. No guarantees on anyone this week, but both of these guys showed up unannounced, so you just never know. There are plans afoot to have most of (maybe all?) of the Husker Softball ladies drop in during the Maryland tailgate on October 3. Stay tuned.

Recommend patrolling for parking in the vicinity of 7th and 8th Streets between "J" and "L" streets. Expect to pay around $25 to park. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the stadium from the tailgate, and that walk can go straight through the Haymarket.

If there is anyone that would like to help with the tailgate, it would be appreciated, message @Huskerarm or Ron (rlfre@hotmail.com).

Hope to see you there!
