"I’ve been tooting Nebraska’s horn all season as a team that isn’t going to win any titles but could finish very high as a group because they’re all pretty good. And after one session that seems to be the case. They’re in great shape to finish 3rd, and that’s one hell of an accomplishment any season in the B1Gs."

Of course, most of Iowa's wrestlers are in the semifinals and they are doing consolation brackets right now. Ten wrestler' are in consolation semis (5) or championship semis (5).

BTN+ has four separate feeds, one for each mat. Jensen is on deck on mat #3. Will he make it a sweep of 5 into the consolidation semis?

Jensen moved on. Championship semis up now. Both Red and Lovett on the mats now.

Red with a great takedown with 20 seconds left in the 3rd to tie the match at 5-5. But, #1 seeded guy from Penn State had riding time. Red had to let him and try for a second takedown. Didn't work, so lost 7-5. Great match.

Lovett loses 9-3. Purinton up shortly in the consolations. Robb and White both up shortly in the championship semis.
