I lived next door to Dave in Abel Hall. He was Intelligent and personable. I enjoyed some good non-football conversations with him. He told me he wasn't interested in pursuing NFL as he'd been playing football for too long. He said he ate constantly to maintain his playing weight in college and "enough was enough". His goal was to be a dentist back home and I'm glad he achieved that goal.
