my age, politics in sports, youtube tv, move to streaming services(ota/cable/streaming). back in the day, if you wanted multi-screen viewing you had to have more tvs, now with youtube tv you can do the software multi-screen feature and get the same result. if you have a projector screen thats 120", you divide that into 4 sections you basically have 4 60inch tv's in one screen. Add the 3 on top and i got 7 games i can watch. back when there were 8, we also didnt have streaming games, now a lot of the lower tier games are on streaming and i refuse to pay for that stuff. if you limit access thru higher paid subscriptions, ppl just stop watching (indycar). yeah the husker game isnt in giant size, but lets be honest, there hasnt been much to watch there in the past decade.Amazing. What do you attribute your declining interest to? I have an upstairs gameroom, and contemplated getting three 50 inch TVs mounted on the wall, so I could watch three games. Two years ago, I spent $2K on a nice Sony 85 inch up there, and it's probably been watched a total of 2 hours in that time, none of it from me.
Us old timers are. Lol.So is the Husker Max crowd getting older? Are there not new, younger members?
I’m guessing, most here, are only here for the love of the Huskers. The guys that hardly watch football post on huskermax football forum regularly. Makes sense!
I didn’t see an option that said, don’t watch any CFB. Did I miss something? I’m sure most, watch enough of it to know what the hell is going on. The parameters of CFB, and, in some cases, aging, makes people care less. The 15-40 crowd, probably do watch more. They haven’t seen what the older people have.Is it odd to anyone else that so many folks on here won't watch college football anymore but will post hundreds (thousands?) of comments in the forums about it?
And FWIW, I voted "about the same",

Holy crap 7 games at a time. That means at any time you are watching 5 commercials.my age, politics in sports, youtube tv, move to streaming services(ota/cable/streaming). back in the day, if you wanted multi-screen viewing you had to have more tvs, now with youtube tv you can do the software multi-screen feature and get the same result. if you have a projector screen thats 120", you divide that into 4 sections you basically have 4 60inch tv's in one screen. lol, actually, thats how you avoid watching commercials, you just look at the tv's that dont have commercials on.Holy crap 7 games at a time. That means at any time you are watching 5 commercials.
Lol, every time I channel surf to another game when a commercial break is on, the other games almost always are on commercial breaks as well. Funny how that works.lol, actually, thats how you avoid watching commercials, you just look at the tv's that dont have commercials on.
I’ve got YouTube TV and their 4 in 1 screen is pretty cool if I’m not tied to one game. That said, it seems like they’re almost always on the same damned commercial schedule.Lol, every time I channel surf to another game when a commercial break is on, the other games almost always are on commercial breaks as well. I record like three to four games at a time. I can fast forward through commercials until I catch up to real time. Than I switch to different game. It’s amazing how much you can watch the entirety of 3-4 games at almost live time. Rarely ever behind any one game by 5 minutes.lol, actually, thats how you avoid watching commercials, you just look at the tv's that dont have commercials on.
Best part of youtube tv, you can just schedule all ncaa football games and it will make then available via dvr for the last 2 weeks.I record like three to four games at a time. I live in an area where getting high speed internet is difficult. That’s why I still have direct TV.I’ve got YouTube TV and their 4 in 1 screen is pretty cool if I’m not tied to one game. That said, it seems like they’re almost always on the same damned commercial schedule.
