How many scholarships can you have in basketball?

Just was wondering how many schollys you can have on your basketball team. I know football 85.

when going down the list i see:
Biggs,
Rivers,
Parker,
Petteway,
Ubel,
Vucetic,
Gallegos
Talley
Shields,
Almeida,
Pitchford.

Am i missing anyone, is nebraska at full strength on scholarships? I'M pretty impressed with miles keep it a game with only playing 8 scholly athletes.
