He is not a punk. He was a really good player that had us on the brink of success last year in spite of our line play. You won’t admit that even though your proven better quarterback failed even more miserably. Is TJ also a punk?

You are a fricking idiot with your criticism of players and an example of why I support player transfers. You have zero appreciation of what Dylan tried to do here. He didn’t come here to fail. You act like he was some kind of punk who didn’t try. He gave it his all. Everyone has said that except YOU.
He didn’t try to do squat. He is all about himself. He quit on his team at first adversity. He was paid WELL at NU. I’d almost bet Nebraska could have won as many games with TJ. It’s not like they won any big games. None. Lol, they had to rally to beat some bad teams. But yes, you’re right, it’s all on the OL. QB was an elite 5* player who makes things happen but the OL failed. Hate it when that happens.

Interesting. Another clueless response. How many times have posters been on here saying he was too conservative just taking the easy throws and afraid to sling it downfield and let receivers “make a play”.

So now your argument is he wouldn’t recognize wide open receivers to he constantly threw into double and triple coverage?

So again tell me about your vast experience behind a line with their shoulder pads obstructing your view that you were able to see all the defenders.
Actually, its a clueless accusation. Unless you dont know throwing into traffic when you see it. So just admit you dont and move on. Because it was plain to see, and I respect him too much to have you tell me I'm wrong.
It's bad enough you didnt see it yourself, that I have to point it out to you, then to even further deny it.
Deny away, DR will improve, as I said. I admire his accuracy, not his decision making

He didn’t try to do squat? That alone tells me you are the most idiotic poster ever on Huskermax. Almost every report out there spoke of his overwhelming commitment to peer recruitment and game film preparation. You are so wrong…..like normal. I can’t believe you even post on here anymore with the number of times your have been proven wrong. Please please stop voicing your opinions as facts.

As a reminder. TJ was not clearly twice as good as DR which you spent 40 pages trying to say.

Well you are correct. It is a clueless accusation. But while you were referring to me accusing you of making your opinion from the TV screen I was accusing you of not seeing it from the limited line of scrimmage

Thank you for being clear on the clueless accusation you made of Dylan not seeing open receivers and throwing into double coverage. Now you can see that maybe “He” physically didn’t see open receivers or double coverage.

Only 67 days until the start of the season when the “real” arguments begin.

Ok chief, whatever you say. He was great.

You mean having 4-5* players around him at every position? Yeah, easy peasy. He wasn’t as good as Tommy Armstrong, Taylor Martinez or even Adrian Martinez. All of those dudes would shine with that talent around them. He didn’t make anyone better while at NU. A good part of being great is making everyone else around you better. That was NEVER the case, at least while at Nebraska. Maybe a new environment will help him? I care less.
I was more meaning a competent offensive line
