Damn good looking smoke you go going there.
I grilled some boneless chops, corn on the cob and sweet potatoes. I glazed the chops with a pineapple chutney and it turned out deliciously. I always like to throw some wood chunks on the coals to impart some smoke, this time it was hickory.
You da man and grillin season is upon us and may the smoke be with you. Sounds like a meal fit for a king by the way and yes pun intended.
