Having said that … Yes he needs to have his employment ended.
No, nothing that would drag his family into the fray. Unless Frost put it there because he was too big of a weenie to fire him face to face.
Is it even conceivable that an OL coach could be fired mid-season? Who would replace him?

Conceivable? I'd bet it's happened before. I don't know who'd replace him but I also don't know how they could do much of a worse job. No excuse for this many penalties (false starts) week after week.

I believe Bielema fired the offensive line coach after something like 3 games when at Wisconsin
Austin has not got it done, but we have many issues.
Bielma did that several years ago at Wisky and it turned the season around. Time for some accountability
