I actually prefer Armstrong, but I think they both are excellent prospects and would have been thrilled to have both.
Yes Steve Owens was from Oklahoma. I do remember Troy Aikman, transferred to UCLA and led them to victory over us his Senior year. I do believe we owned him and UCLA during his Junior year.
Not sure about Thompson but stands to reason with our comparable offenses.
