Went to the gym with @Red Dawn the other day. He headed off, as usual, to the elliptical machine as I did the stationary bike. My goal is to one day be able to have the stamina to do this elliptical workout with him......but for now I simply have to watch and try to memorize his technique.

 

Red Dawn can get a good workout just from wearing a Santa hat...

I want to thank RP for posting this thread. Seriously. I was just about to get up earlier today to go get some fast food for lunch, then read this thread and decided instead to make a salad at home.
