It kind of pissed me off, when he was interviewed and he essentially blamed the lose on the injuries his team had, not because he got outplayed. He showed zero humbleness, made him look very shallow.

This game reminds me how dominant the teams from the south are. Those two defenses are light years better than Nebraska. For as good as some claim our DB’s are they aren’t even in the discussion with these teams.

It was one of Saban’s ‘lesser’ Alabama teams. They should be better next year. They were right there. Did not make a few key plays. They kicked too many FG’s. I’d expect them to be right there again next year. They were good enough to win it, but just too many mistakes at crucial times to get it done. Reminds me a little of 1996 Nebraska. One too many mistakes.
