I hate how it ended….except the winning part
I think you cannot let Olsen and Bender pitch back to back… not until they have a good couple of outings.
Those two kids just don’t seem to mesh together back to back.
And they’re going to have to go back to “pitching school” to understand pitching to contact.
Unger was solid again.
And the good news is that is the first good inning I have seen out of Mannell in a while.
In the end….. a win is a win… and the kids had more than 10 hits today and starting pitching was solid and our actual closer was solid….
Pretty good baseball till that one inning that was so freaking frustrating!
