Or add fire for those that say NU does less with more....of course, much of this total is built in with salary, operating costs, etc. Probably says something about recruiting budgets, etc. In the current era of college football, without NIL and rev share it is hard to draw too many hard conclusions.

Rutgers and Nebraska are certainly not getting results for the money. Surprised Texas isn't spending more; but, then again, may not have to when so many blue chippers are in your backyard.
