It turned out pretty good
Sweet with heat

Doing 4 pork bellys, used dry rub, smoked for 6 hours, poured on BBQ sauce, honey and apricot jam.
Cook it out for another couple hours.
Seems to becoming a big seller for me.
Plus always have pork butts on.
