i've been to 2 or 3 of the local lakes and the water is not good. The average temp is right at 80 degrees and it looks like a massive algae bloom has happened. The water is a pea soup green with visibility about 6 inches. Am curious if that is normal this time of year around here?

I knew a guy who dove for emergency/recovery. He told me he hated the rivers the most, as he saw shadowy "things" while diving that unnerved him.Agree.....my nope was referencing "nope".....not going to find me in that river......ever.
