Gonna have me digging around with this list, thus, a good one. For those whom like Steely Dan, if you've not heard of The North 41, they are worth a spin.

In Through The Out Door is really an underrated album.
 



For those Cormac McCarthy readers out there, you’ll find this to be the unofficial (to my my understanding McCarthy has no idea it exists) soundtrack to his “Blood Meridian”
Ben Nichols, lead man from Lucero whom I’ve posted stuff, did this solo piece based off his love of Blood Meridian and its masterful way with words. If you can elimate the relentless violence in the book to a much less in your face, yet still telling illustration of the scene it is magnificent.
