Who are the names that need to be add? Obviously unofficial, but where are we gonna put the names to start fall camp?
Ideas?
 
It will probably turn out that a depth chart won't tell us much this year. I suspect there will be a regular turnover quarter by quarter (or through some other system) so the best bunch is not tired at the end of the game. Everyone in the first two columns will play a lot.

The best guys at the end of the game may change, game to game.
 
No expert here. Just a rabid fan .

Is Sims a righty or a southpaw?

Whomever grades out the best ( Prochazka or Benhart ) maybe should be on the left side?

LT - Prochaska, Lutovsky
LG - Nouili, Evans-Jenkins
C - Scott, Piper
RG - Corcoran, Piper
RT - Benhart, Hood

Lutovsky might swing as backup to both tackle spots. Piper is the 6th starter … might beat Corcoran out at G.

Thought Henry was working inside? You don’t think Corcoran will be swing tackle? Also think knaak will be ahead of hood but everything on my end is quess work.

True…. But the B1G still is. And if they watch, (for example) aj rollins being blown off the ball on every play except the few he did make a tackle in the spring, they will be more traditional than we care to see. We will have to have some size on standard downs. Robinson, Hutmacher and gunnerson giving way to younger guys as the season where’s on. I can also see Sherman running at DE some getting more athleticism on the field.

The flexibility of the defense will be fun to watch. Sherman, butler… maybe borders running something similar to the old elephant position made famous (at least to me) by Charles Haley in his prime 49ers days with 3 down linemen and Haley playing up or down. I think Sherman is gonna be fantastic with us.

Or stunt, or drop back, send a backer at better angles. Or go big.
I think this varies opponent to opponent and who we have.

In the past, there were no backup plans, though we too could find ourselves where nothings working. Being one step ahead and leaving them guessing combined with aggressive play. Communication is key.
