I thought Rhule helped modernize our recruiting with his social media presence on the podcasts or time spent with McAfee. It's hard to measure how successful he's been, but I think it's safe to say it has been a part of the latest recruiting classes. The kids love that stuff, but I thought the podcasts gave the parents a chance to see and hear from the coach that wants their kid to come play for him.So you’re arguing correlation.
I think several things can be true at once. Bringing in better coaches is definitely a factor. But the only factor? Maybe, but probably not.
I’m not saying that without the podcast that our recruiting class would be any different. I’m just saying it may have been a contributing factor, albeit a small one.
I personally hope the podcast goes away

If/When we continue to rise, which we will... Schools usually in the top 10 annually have no issues getting and keeping high 4*s... But even those schools typically only have a single top dog elite 11 type... We have 2 high 4*s and a new 5*s replacing the previous.. so i think we are doing pretty good.. Agree with trying to manage who will be willing to come in and want to wait and actually compete while waiting their turn..
