In fairness Rhule thinking he is good is not a good reason, in fact in debate this is a logic fallacy called the appeal to authority. As a person who understands football (like I know you do), I would think that you would have seen something last year that would at least give you cause for optimism.
When Mike Riley was hired ESPN "experts" called it a great hire. The appeal to authority is not good evidence.
