I can't view the article, but it sounds like Osborne is saying AM is one of the most skilled QBs at Nebraska, ever. Am I reading that properly, or was it a clickbait title and TO meant that AM is one of the best at NU recently?
If he's truly saying one of the most skilled of all time, that's high praise considering we have two back-to-back title winners, a Heisman winner, a kid who wound up winning a title and now coaches us, plus about 4-5 other guys who could have easily been title winning QBs if it weren't for a few freak plays like a failed 2PC, a Seminole kicker or a Penn State referee.

Osborne is a smart man.
A lot of us fall into that situation. We are truly blessed to have such a loyal fan base. We have stood by our Huskers through a long dry spell,but it’s turning our way now.GBR.I'm just happy TO is living long enough to see a REAL, TRUE resurgence of Nebraska football....
Come to think of it the same idea applies to myself..........
He said Martinez may have the best combination of skills of any QB. Frazier and Frost were great running QBs, but ok as passers. Martinez is strong in both aspects. Now, that doesn't mean he's equivalent to them, just more well-rounded.
