Well, it’s all relative. Most teams have a talent issue when you compare them with teams like Alabama, Ohio State and Clemson who are continually putting first round draft picks into the NFL. But we have plenty of talent to compete with 90% of college football teams out there.
Agreed. There's quite the gap between a few schools and everyone else.

We don’t in comparison to our peers. Minnesota, Iowa, Northwestern. That’s where we have to get to. We aren’t in the conversation with the top ten schools let alone top four.

We can be a regular top ten team with our recruiting classed rated in the top 25. It requires discipline and development. See Wisconsin as the most current poster boy.

If you're saying we have tOSU, Bama, Clemson, LSU, OU, ND talent...you'd be wrong. Do we have Iowa, Wisc, NW, PSU talent...yes. And we should be beating them. We are building but we are a long ways from the top 5 programs in the country.
And then you add in CTB and you have the quadfecta (?).
