I saw that we had 2 girls drafted but Allick wasn't one of them. Did she or didn't she get drafted?

Yeah I asked this a couple days ago. I assume she let everyone know she was not putting her name in the draft pool. If so she must have future plans and pro volleyball is not part of that.
 
I understand she intends to play pro but was not in the draft pool. Europe would be my guess. She doesn't talk a lot about herself, and I don't see much social media from her, though I don't look at much from any of the girls.

I happened to see a Youtube short today where she talked about her future and she mentioned professional here in the US or Europe, so maybe Europe is what she's thinking about. I'd think a US pro team would love to have her.

Unless someone is retiring....or going elsewhere? Maybe a change is in the works. Yes, could go elsewhere. Hope she stays on at UNL, is she is going into coaching. :)

Graduate Assistant on Coach DBK's staff?

RA also could be headed to the LOVB team in Omaha. Lexi Rodriguez wasn't drafted in the 2024 PVF draft and signed with LOVB Omaha. DBK just signed a deal to be an "ambassador" for the team, and the league just announced their POTY award will be named for (Governor) Jordan Larson. I'm glad Coach DBK is in Lincoln, but at the same time I feel bad that Jordan wasn't Coach Cook's successor and still coaching for Nebraska.

Anybody been to a LOVB Omaha match? I keep hoping they'll expand to the DC area so I can finally see Lexi & other former Huskers play in person. (I'm also still hoping the WNBA's Mystics wise up and sign Jaz, Issie and Markowski :Biggrin: )

Maybe she believes, going to Europe, she can visit a lot of countries, plus getting paid for it. Sounds cool! :Hooray: :cool::Koolaid2:
