When can you remember when any team had 3 k's that came off of the bat into the mitt 3 times in 1 day?? Not sure if one was in the 1st game; but, 3 in 1 game seems like a heck of a lot, right?

No shame in that loss. That is a very decent team.
And what I like is our pitching is really starting to settle in.
Time for Brice to take about a bazillion ground balls after each practice, methinks.
He’s thinking too much. Needs to just let his muscle memory do the job. He’s such a fabulous athlete.

We lose 1 of 2, and the loser is Jace!! Who would have thunk he would be the loser of game 2? Like I said, we cannot rely on 2 good starters. This is why getting a good 3rd starter is so important. Happily, I believe we have that man in Will Walsh!!

We agree it is muscle memory, and not try to think of anything but throw the ball where it needs to go.

The youngster has pretty much not performed any time Bolt tried him.
I think there is talent there…maybe needs another year of maturity…who knows.
You just never know with pitchers.
All of a sudden it starts clicking.
He might get a start with a perceived weaker opponent Tuesday game. Or some middle relief
No way he starts in a BiG series at this point. IMHO
But like I said…all of a sudden…it can “click” for a young pitcher.
