We're back for another season! (I owe last year's winner an apology for not getting the prize delivered yet. But I haven't forgotten.)
Are you the smartest guy on the forum? Its your chance to prove it! Join in on our season-long pick-em contest. To get yourself psyched up, watch (and listen to) this:
The rules:
1) Choose the straight up winner from 10 games from across the FBS division. We don't care about the spread, just pick the winner.
2) We will never be picking the Nebraska games. I'm just going to assume we're all rooting for Big Red.
3) I'm going to be a stickler for the formatting. I suggest you copy/paste my listing of the 10 games, then bold the entry you pick for the winner. DO NOT rename the teams, use abbreviations or any cutesy nicknames. I'm going to ignore those.
EDIT - By request for mobile users, you may also use ALL CAPS if it’s too cumbersome to use Bold.
4) Cornjob, can I change my picks? YES! But never edit your post or it will be invalidated. To change your picks just make a new entry with your updated choice. I'll use the latest entry you made as your official entry. If the game has already kicked off, sorry its too late.
5) Cornjob, what is the prize? And how can you make us believe we'll actually receive it when you didn't mail it out last time? I'm not announcing the prize yet. I'm going to give it a little thought and come up with something fun.
6) If you enter the contest, be prepared to get some ribbing if your picks suck. It seems like we all get a turn by the time the season goes by. There will also be a special reward for the poster who doesn't miss any weeks and comes up last. That type of tenacity and persistence deserves sincere praise.
