I have seen this coming. I felt that he lost his fire. That is not an insult. He burned so bright for so long. That level of high performance for that long os tough to maintain. Most can not handle it for 25 years. He was never less than rope ten. Also beyond the 25 years their were his years at Wiscy. He has earned this rest.

I don't think Jordan was ever a candidate for head coach, she just hasn't spent much time coaching and even when she did she still had other interests that split that time. If anything I'd say the timing of her leaving was because Cook was leaving and in part she came back for him.
I would assume Jordan Larson was told that there would not be an assistant coaching position open for her.
The coach the caliber of DBK will pick her own staff. I just hope that Jaylen Reyes will still be here moving forward.
This is no surprise to anyone that follows Nebraska Volleyball. She had it written in her contract that she could leave for Nebraska without having to pay a buyout to Louisville.

Busboom Kelly is a great choice. She did a great job with Louisville.
I thought I had heard that about her contract also. She has proved herself as a recruiter and developer of talent. I believe this to be an excellent choice. I just hope all of the players feel the same way.
