I'm training Grok to maintain this BBCode text block so i can copy/paste it in here. We didn't have AI to do this for me before, it is kind of nice, but Grok definitely needs some hand holding. Pretty slick about generating clean BBCode though, and it is super cool how Grok goes out and finds the team RGB/Hex color code and adds it for me without me having to look it up. Grok is also able to identify fire/hire dates and then automatically adds either the date or elapsed days as needed. This is making my life WAY easier - after we got through the training.

I still don't trust AI all the time though, so we will keep an eye on things.
 
This is a great one-stop shop. Thanks for the effort in putting this together and keeping it. One data point that would be interesting to add to this for those fired is the buyout total for each

There's a lot of nuance and color to the situations in each case. Are previous buyouts still being paid? Did they get hired again with the new job paying off the buyout? I'm not sure I want to dig into this degree of complication, but would absolutely welcome someone else doing so and adding it to this thread, it is an interesting angle.

This is a very informative thread! One thing for certain about LSU, they will toss ridiculous money out to entice their next coach.

I wonder if Sark is going to be added to the list? I can see Texas losing 3 of their next 4 ending up about 7-5.
