Apparently it was in retaliation for not being allowed to pray as a team on the 50-yd-line (the hawkeye) and instead having to pray in the endzone.

If true, it's a really lame approach by NU to both prayer and sportsmanship.
I'm all for the pregame prayer, but if its going to cause drama every single road game, maybe move it to your sideline or the endzone. The drama is taking away from the prayer itself.

Piss on that. Pray at the 50. If they show zero respect hold your head high and move forward. Shaking their hands shows no respect. You give none you get none. I'm good with it. People are way too soft these days. Taught all my kids how to be respectful and yet not be weak.

Shaking hands pregame with the players that for sure had nothing to do with blocking the pregame prayer, is not showing weakness. It's weak to be that poor in sportsmanship IMO. Plus it showed that we let the blocked midfield get into our heads.

It seems as though our team has some players that are a little less than "Nebraska Nice." We seem to have a lot of behaviors that could be viewed as arrogant (not shaking hands, on field gestures and celebrations, trash talking opponents, etc.).

We're not even lovable losers.

Yeah, where has the culture gone?

Disappointed more in this behavior than the loss...and I am very disappointed that we lost.
