Actually, I think that they have bought into the hype. To rank a team that only had 4 wins in 2018 26th at the beginning of 2019 means that they have definitely been drinking some kool-aid.

Nebraska shouldn't be on the list. Minnesota should feel disrespected. They made a late-season coaching change (DC) and finished 3-1 (including a win at Wisconsin and a bowl win) to finish the season and they return the following:

Offense:

- 10 starters including 4 O-Linemen and 18 of 22 from 2-deep
- 1,160 yard rusher
- 500 yard rusher
- 282 yard rusher
- 1,168 yard receiver
- 704 yard receiver
- 449 yard receiver

Defense:

- 9 starters and 17 of 22 from the 2-deep.
