Chicken Fried Tenderized Deer Steak

Literally just took these out of the pan. I fried them in Duck Fat but first put them in a milk/egg mixture then pressed Panko crumbs into the meat. They was very tasty!

Just fried up one of the last packages of my deer steak. Very tasty!

Every time I've tried to make it, it hasn't turned out right.
buy some sausage like jimmy dean hot. brown it and crumble it don't drain grease and add 1/4 cup or so of flour and cook it for a few minutes to take flour taste out. throw in some spices like sage oregano or what ever trips your trigger. Start adding milk and slowly bring it to a slow boil until thick and add more milk until you have the right consistency and add some sriracha sauce and you have gravy.
