How does anyone feel about the ceiling for a kid coming out of IMG? With as much as they train and focus on Football year round would it be safe to say they are near the top of it?

Not at all. Lineman continually evolve, even in the NFL. Strength/Conditioning, technique improvement, etc. will always be a work in progress. If anything, the higher level of coaching he is probably getting there should accelerate his ability to contribute earlier than not.
