With only 3 games left, Satt might as well stay. For now. There are probably other coaches that are wondering about their employment status come January.

If it was earlier in the season, I would consider what PJ Fleck did. If I remember, he fired his OC after the second game. His offense was much better after that.

Yes absolutely. When a company brings in outside ‘help’, it says to me they have no answers for whatever the issue may be, and need outside help to find what the problem is. To me, and it’s just me, if you are killing it at your job, you’ll never need outside help. Also, management should have an answer for EVERYTHING, or the job is too big for them.
 



I'm all for new elevators. At my age, those ramps get steeper and steeper.
