I just saw that on the news. He was an amazing athlete, and probably an even better competitor.

Lil' All 'N' just received another set of Cardinals baseball cards from my high school distance coach last night. He opened them last night and was so excited when he saw one with Bob Gibson. He was actually holding it in his hands when we saw Gibson's passing on TV. He looked at me solemnly and said, "Another legend taken in 2020."

Legend is correct.
