Bo is only 44 years old he's smart enough to know his weaknesses as a head coach and I believe he is working to get better in the area of media relations. The guy is just too intelligent not to improve in all areas. He says it over and over it's a process just like his players and the program is going through. Bo is nowhere near a finished product as a coach. I believe he'd be the first one to tell you that.
Take a look at where Nick Saban was fifteen years ago ( at 44 years old) it takes time.

Worth noting that 2 of the coaches in this thread have been head coaching for over 10 years. The third coach is on his 3rd HC job.
