Don Shula praised Reggie Roby, saying "his booming kicks often helped us win
Sam Koch is definitely known as one of the best NFL punters of the last few decades. I agree, I saw the list and thought he was too low. That said, he did only play his Jr and Sr seasons, which could play a factor. It’s too bad Foltz didn’t get a chance to kick in the NFL
IMO Koch is rated too low, he’s boarder line HOF for the NFL.
Chart is from the 21st centuryHorace Gillom of the Cleveland Browns is the punter that changed the punt formation and the first to stand back at least 10 yards behind the line of scrimmage to punt. A game changer.
We don’t like or talk about Sqwaukeyes when we don’t have … -1 on this post!20th century, almost guaranteed #1 list .... Reggie Roby, early '80 Iowa Hawkeyes roster. R.I.P. .... only 43 years old.

Sadler from Michigan State didn't make it -- I was wondering if Foltz was a sympathy mention but Sadler would have been on the list too (and he was quite good).
Good eye, my bad. He was my favorite non-Nebraska Big Ten punter.Sadler's on there, #49. Always liked that guy, brought a little pizazz to punting.
But your title says 20th Century! Which ran from 1901-2000... the 21st Century started in 2001...Chart is from the 21st century
My bad … corrected. But your title says 20th Century! Which ran from 1901-2000... the 21st Century started in 2001...
I was wondering if Donny Anderson would be on it...
