I'm putting this in Other Teams, but I'm going to bring up the Huskers/Sooners too.
According to Oklahoma's AD Roger Denny, if the CFP expands and there's "more clarity" on how SOS will be used to determine playoff seeding, he's not opposed to reviving Bedlam.
Playing UT and OSU every year is going to be more important for Oklahoma than playing Nebraska. But, if the SOS metrics are done in such a way that playing more P4 OOC games doesn't hurt the possibility of OU getting into the CFP, do you think OU would have much (if any) interest in reviving the Nebraska/OU series?
I know many peiople may say Nebraska sould revive the yearly NU/CU game. I just dislike that team, the HC and (most of) the fanbase so much, I'd prefer playing OU every year again even if the Huskers don't have "the Jimmy's and the Joes" to compete with OU.
