BBQ sauce? Dry rub? What did you put on the ribs. I concoct my own dry rub, but I do like using Kinder's bbq sauce, especially these two in particular.Done, smoked with Hickory wood chunks.

I used dry rub a couple hours before putting them on. Dry rub from Smoking Guns BBQ on one and Lotta Bull on the other. Both Champion winning BBQ men. Then during the BBQ process I mixed honey and a BBQ Sauce, 50/50, and spread it on the ribs.
Done, smoked with Hickory wood chunks.

Direct over the coals. They aren't as tender as long smoke but still very good.35 minutes is a quick cook for ribs. did you use direct heat or offset?
